3. Coordination with External Parties: Handle regular interactions with the company’s accounting office and legal team, managing necessary reporting and maintaining orderly communication.

4. Administrative Duties: Take charge of administrative responsibilities including email management, scheduling, and document organization to support the efficient functioning of the office.

5. Office Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, fostering a welcoming and professional workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS
